
Who is Romy?
My journey from a 13-year-old amateur to professional golfer has been extraordinary. With a background in hockey and tennis, I developed quickly in golf, became a member of the Dutch national team, and won multiple national titles. Now, as a professional on the Ladies European Tour since 2021, I am reaching new heights.

Romy Meekers achieved an impressive second place in the Standard Bank Ladies Open in South Africa. Further north on the continent, Daan Huizing couldn’t secure a top position on the final day of the Kenya Open. Also: success for Dutch amateurs in Portugal.
